Terms & Conditions

1. Products & Orders

  • We sell children's and adult ride‑on and safety products: tricycles, balancing scooters, and protective gear (helmets, knee/elbow pads, wrist guards).

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase balancing scooters and protective gear.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

For Tricycles (General Safety – FHSA 16 CFR 1500 & CPSIA):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Maximum user weight per product specifications.

  • For children's tricycles: Use only under adult supervision.

  • Keep small parts away from children under 3 (choking hazard per 16 CFR § 1500.19).

  • For e‑trikes: Follow battery safety guidelines (UL 2272 certification required).

For Balancing Scooters (ASTM F2641 / UL 2272 & Battery Safety):

  • Read all instructions before first use.

  • Use only the supplied charger; never leave charging unattended.

  • Never use a scooter with a damaged battery pack — do not attempt to repair or modify the battery.

  • Keep away from children — scooters are not toys.

  • Always wear a CPSC‑certified helmet and protective gear when riding.

  • Do not ride in wet conditions unless IPX‑rated.

  • Follow all local traffic laws.

  • In case of battery fire: Do not use water; use a Class D fire extinguisher or baking soda.

  • Battery transport: If you need to ship the scooter for return, you must comply with 49 CFR 173.185 lithium battery shipping regulations (UN38.3 certified, proper packaging, ground‑only shipment).

For Protective Gear (16 CFR 1203, ASTM F1897, ASTM F2670):

  • Helmets: Replace after any significant impact (even without visible damage). Ensure proper fit – helmet should sit level, straps forming a "V" under ears. Replace every 3-5 years (materials degrade). Never modify or alter your helmet.

  • Knee/elbow pads & wrist guards: Inspect before each use; replace if cracked, torn, or if straps no longer secure.

  • Children's gear: Always supervise children during use. For children's products, tracking labels are provided per 16 CFR Part 1130 — do not remove.
